CW Dressings Fundraising was created in 2022 to provide a way for us to give back to qualifying community organizations and assist them with raising funds for their worthwhile causes. Whether you are fundraising on behalf of your school, faith-based group, sports team, or charitable organization, CW Dressings Fundraising is here to help you Reach Your Goal! We support the following types of organizations: educational, faith-based, charitable, and community based. Our Fundraising program cannot be used for personal gain.

SETTING UP YOUR CW DRESSINGS FUNDRAISER

We are excited to help you raise funds for your community! Both for-profit and nonprofit organizations may fundraise with us. Fundraising proceeds must be fully used to benefit youth, adult sporting organizations, school / education, faith-based, charitable, or community-based bi-partisan causes. Approved organizations must be the recipient of the funds and these funds must be used within the United States. Here’s how to get started!

 

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GET STARTED:

  • A minimum order of 2 Cases / 24 bottles is required.

  • Delivery options may vary, please be sure to discuss possible delivery terms during your strategy call the CW Dressings Representative. This option may save you on shipping cost.

  • Fundraising orders must be placed AT LEAST 7 BUSINESS    DAYS IN ADVANCE.

  •  All Fundraising orders must be paid for with credit, or debit   cards.

       

      TYPES OF FUNDRAISERS

      THERE ARE TWO WAYS ORGANIZATIONS AND GROUPS CAN FUNDRAISE WITH CW DRESSINGS:

      1. Pre-Sale: Fundraiser collects orders and money in advance. Fundraiser then places an order for the exact amount of product required.
      - Example: going door to door and collecting orders and payment in advance, selling to friends & family

      2. One / Multi Day Sale: Fundraiser orders a set amount of product and sells to supporters at a specific date & time.
      - Example: hosting a onsite event to sell to supporters in person

        HOW TO APPLY FOR FUNDRAISING

        1. Head over to https://cwdressings.com/pages/cw-dressings-fundraising-program or scroll down to the footer section of our website under COMPANY and click FUNDRAISING to get the process started. 

        2. Read the entire CW Dressings Fundraising Program section and become familiar with the fundraising program.


        HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

        Please note after submitting your order, a Team Member will reach out within 2 business days to confirm and finalize your order. Remember to place your Fundraising order at least 7 business days before you need it!



        REQUIRED ORGANIZATION INFORMATION

        4. Once the Required Organization Information has been submitted please allow 2 business days to be contacted by a CW Dressings representative for fundraising confirmation. You will be notified by phone if your application was approved or denied.

         

        AFTER YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED

        After approval, you will receive a strategy call. This is when invoicing and payment will be discussed. During this call all required fundraising forms will be emailed to you for review, printing and sharing with your organization members. You will also have the option to request product shipping or area pickup date and time.



        INVOICING AND PAYMENT

        An invoice will be emailed to you after your strategy call. Payment must be received prior to your scheduled delivery or before shipping. Once you have paid for your order, you will receive a receipt confirming your order has been received.


        PRE-SELL PROCESS

        AFTER YOUR STRATEGY CALL WITH CW DRESSINGS.
        1. Download or print whichever forms you need based on the products your organization will be selling.

        2. Collect sales from family members, friends and organization supporters!

        3. Once your pre-orders have been collected, simply wait for your products to arrive in the mail or your agreed upon pick-up date and distribute orders to your supporters!

        DETERMINE HOW MUCH TO CHARGE


        When you Fundraise with us, you can raise over 50% profit for your cause!

        Note: Please view the Suggested Selling Price Sheet within the emailed documents.

        With our Pre-sell program, you will collect payment from your supporters and then use that money to place your order and keep the rest for your cause.

        With our One / Multi Day Sale program, you will place the order with your own funding and then use the money you make to cover that cost and keep the rest for your cause.

        1. CW Dressings products are made with organic deglet nour date syrup. Our date barbecue sauce is made in traditional BBQ Sauce fashion which contains the ingredients below. We cannot guarantee that any of the listed ingredients
        below are safe to consume for people with the associated allergies.

        Contains: Worcestershire Sauce, Fish / Anchovy Puree,
        High Fructose Corn Syrup, Brown Sugar, Molasses, and Soy.

        3. CW Dressings Fundraising pricing structure reflects our commitment
        to helping organizations and groups raise funds for their causes.

        4. Organizations and causes must qualify in order to be an approved fundraiser. Approved organizations must be the recipient of the funds and these funds must be used within the United States.​

        5. Yes, CW Dressings has the right to deny, revoke approval, cancel, terminate, or modify the terms, duration, or any other aspect of any fundraiser, at its sole discretion, with or without cause or notice, and without any liability. By requesting a fundraiser, the fundraising organization agrees to comply with and be bound by CW Dressing’s terms of use and privacy policy for Programs located at www.cwdressings.com.

        6. Fundraising organizations must clearly state in all materials related to the Fundraiser that CW Dressings does not sponsor, endorse, or is in any way affiliated with the fundraising organization.

        7. All active fundraising programs must end after 90 days. Fundraising renewals must requalify based on eligibility criteria.
