Buffalo Chicken Wings with Sweet Date Hot Sauce

Ingredients
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 10 chicken wings
- 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup hot sauce
- ½ cup CW Dressings Sweet Date Hot Sauce (or to taste)
Directions
- Whisk flour, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Toss wings until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate 1–1½ hours.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and mix with Sweet Date Hot Sauce until blended; set aside.
- Fry wings 10–15 minutes until crispy and browned. Drain on paper towels or a rack.
- Toss wings with the sauce or drizzle over the top. Serve hot and enjoy.
