This sauce is amazing. A bit sweet with a touch of salty right off the bat that provides amazing flavor. Then the heat hits. It's not so hot that it's overpowering, you can still taste everything on your palate. And the heat lingers just long to enjoy but not hang around so long that your subsequent bites get too spicy. I love it and will be back for more!
