Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Date Balsamic Vinaigrette

Enjoy a healthy and flavorful side dish using Date Balsamic Vinaigrette Marinade & Dressing. This easy roasted Brussels sprouts recipe is perfect for clean eating and packed with natural flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 pound brussels sprouts, washed and halved
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
- ¼ cup of CW Dressing’s date balsamic vinaigrette dressing or to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, CW Dressing’s date balsamic vinaigrette dressing, salt and pepper in a large bowl; toss to coat. Spread out evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven until browned, for about 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven, serve warm and enjoy!
