Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Date Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients


•    1 pound brussels sprouts, washed and halved
•    3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
•    1 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
•    ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
•    ¼ cup of CW Dressing’s date balsamic vinaigrette dressing or to taste

Directions


1.  Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
2.  Combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, CW Dressing’s date balsamic vinaigrette dressing, salt and pepper in a large bowl; toss to coat. Spread out evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
3.  Roast in the preheated oven until browned, for about 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes. 
4.  Remove from oven, serve warm and enjoy!
