I have many food sensitivities, and the balsamic marinade is made with the best ingredients--no soy, no fructose corn syrup, no gluten, no dairy. It is delicious as a marinade, and I have not found its equal any where. If you just use it as a marinade on chicken, you will get compliments. Absolutely worth the price!

Let me tell you about the most remarkable and exquisite dressing. I've usually make my own at the house with some olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and other succulent ingredients. Other days I utilized the typical ranch and blue cheese. That has gone out the window now, and I use nothing more than CW Date Balsamic Vinaigrette on my salads and, at times, marinate with it. Making it a two-way product. Best thing since slides bread, if you know what I mean. CW Dressing is now the way at home!!

We finally got a chance to open a bottle and tried it over a strawberry raisin, walnut, and pecan salad. I would recommend it wity this type of salad because the flavor peers well with the raisins, pecans, and walnuts. I’m in marketing so I love the overall packaging and can’t wait to see more from this company.

I wasn't too sure about a dressing made with dates, but Chris is a great guy and an awesome chef, so I gave it a try... it's amazing! It has a unique, delicious flavor and works well on salads, as a glaze or marinade.
I've heard that dates are a natural deterrent to diabetes and that they have many other health benefits... I haven't verified that info, but it doesn't matter because this CW Date Balsamic Dressing is delicious (even drinking it plain... just a shot glass of it will give you some energy and focus).
I highly recommend this for your personal enjoyment, and to give as an impressive gift to any friends, especially those picky 'foodie' folks you know.

I questioned it at first it but when I opened it and tried it with a salad it had a unique taste so I decided to have it with a steak it brought so much flavor to the steak not just that to my pallet as well. If you venture to taste it with other food I suggest that you do it brings a whole new flavor to the food that you make.
